The Role
Overview: A Cleaning Crew Member is responsible for performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks in a commercial or residential setting. The Cleaning Crew Member will work as part of a team to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Identify and report maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment when necessary
Requirements:

The Role

Responsibilities:
- Clean and wash high-rise building windows, both inside and outside, using proper equipment and techniques
- Follow all safety protocols, including use of harnesses, ropes, and safety equipment while working at heights

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided for the successful candidate.

A Floor Cleaner Crew Member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor cleaning, be able to work efficiently and effectively with a team, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain hard-surface and carpeted flooring
- Operate floor cleaning equipment and tools, including floor scrubbers, buffer machines, and floor waxing equipment
- Dust and remove debris from surfaces
- Report any maintenance issues to the team leader
- Follow all safety protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience in floor cleaning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
